Travelling with us

Our network

Network map - We operate a range of services, including frequent metro style services in South West London; and suburban commuter and longer distance services to Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset and the West of England.

Engineering work - Our services may be affected by scheduled engineering works to maintain and improve the rail network. Much of this work is carried out at weekends and public holidays, although some evening and early morning services may also be affected.

On board our trains

Catering - An at seat trolley is available on many of our longer distance services between London Waterloo and Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Exeter. The trolley offers a range of hot and cold drinks, and sweet and savoury snacks.

Quiet Zones - These are available on most services and can be identified by the blue labels in the window. Please respect other passengers wishing to sit in the Quiet Zone by keeping noise to a minimum.

Smoking - For the comfort of all our customers, smoking is not permitted on any part of our trains or stations. You can smoke outside the station entrance or in our car parks.

Cycles on trains - Cycles are welcome on our trains and we ask that you familiarise yourself with our cycle policy before you travel

Car parks - Parking is available at most stations.
