We have joined with Stagecoach Buses in Hampshire to offer combined rail and bus travel to and from Alton.
The bus zone fare is made up of the normal rail fare (inclusive of any Railcard discounts) plus a specially negotiated flat fare for a single or return bus journey within the designated bus zone (called an ‘add-on’).
Bus zone Season Tickets are also available for 7 Day, one month, three months and Annual periods.
All add-on tickets can be purchased from any of our staffed stations or from on-train staff, but not on buses. Fares are available in both directions.

Availability and conditions
Valid in the local area approximately within a four mile radius of Alton station, allowing a maximum of one change of bus in each direction. Download map.

Bus Season Tickets are only valid with a rail Season Ticket to or from Alton. Please enquire at the ticket office for longer Season Ticket fares.
