We have recorded our best performance figure to date.
Between 17 August and 13 September our PPM (Public Performance Measure) reached 95.9%.
The teamwork between South West Trains and Network Rail has gone from strength to strength and because of the close working relationship and the partnership approach to all situations the company is getting the results it wants - but more importantly what passengers deserve.
