Farnborough International Airshow

Farnborough Airshow

Save £3 per person when you travel by train

The 46th edition of the Farnborough International Airshow celebrates its 60th anniversary that commemorates the first show in 1948 held for the very first time at the Farnborough Aerodrome.

First established as a way for the British public to see and learn about the best of British aviation engineering, Farnborough has since emerged as the world’s premier global showcase for all things aerospace. The original 187 exhibitors who assembled in 1948 have now been joined by some 1,200 further companies from literally every part of the world.

Over the decades, dozens of new aircraft have made their debut at Farnborough–a tradition that continues today! The public days (19-20 July 2008) will look back at previous Farnborough Air Shows, reminding us of the importance of Farnborough itself and how it has contributed to the success of today's aerospace industry.
