Meet the Manager is our unique programme that gives you an opportunity to meet senior managers and directors of South West Trains. We know that many of our customers enjoy having the opportunity to meet with our management team and share their views about our services.
We value your feedback
For us, it is an important source of feedback about local and company-wide issues. Your feedback at these sessions is also utilised by us to implement strategies to improve the services and facilities we offer you. We are therefore taking the opportunity to assess and refresh the format of our Meet the Manager sessions.

You can expect to receive one-to-one responses to concerns raised at these sessions and gain an insight into the running of our business. We want you to know that your views are taken seriously and that the feedback you give us often results in positive changes.
